The ocean was beginning to feel more and more like home. The waves were indeed beautiful to look at as the rushed back and forth and the sun glistened upon the sand as the this world merfairy rested her legs upon the sand. After spending the morning swimming away. Carolyn was just enjoying the air and drying her legs for a bit. It was indeed a beautiful day she didn't want to miss it. She still couldn't believe that in this world she could actually breathe and was a merfairy. As the sun nestled on the sand, she began to feel hot, so she took her legs back to the water where they changed. Now she was off to find all sorts of sea shells.

Stepping out of the portal, Connie felt the white sands on her bare feet and smiled. The Magic Realm definitely had its perks, aside from it being a place not to get bullied; the farthest her family had traveled was still in-state to some of the bigger cities, and as far as she knew there weren't any beaches around her area. If she knew any better, the redhead could have brought a picnic to Monmouth, but she wasn't feeling it. Food can only travel so much between dimension after all. As soon as she sat down with her blanket, she heard the flip of a mermaid's tail. Connie approached the waves and sat by a nearby rock to possibly spy as to where that mermaid swam off to. Or if there even was at all. Perhaps it was a trick of the ear?

Justin had always loved beaches, it had been one of the many reasons he had spent a few years in California and Florida when he left Avalon at eighteen. He had initially popped into the Magic Realm just for kicks, and to see if he could find his cousin. But he figured that it couldn't hurt to explore the beach. He looked around before shifting to human form. It was nice to see a beach with no litter. Smiling he let the water wash over his feet, as he walked parallel to the shore.

Carolyn swam back up to the breach, he blonde hair was wet and now golden eyes looked over and saw two people standing upon the beach. One was a red head with a sweet face, almost elven charm to her. The other was a guy in a blue vest, he looked rather nice and simple. She was in her mermaid form and didn't want to leave the water way just yet. So she looked at the two strangers. "Hi...." she eneded up blurting out shyly to the two strangers.

Connie blinked a few times; her eyes didn't deceive her this time. That was a mermaid! Eureka! She smiled and waved back to the blonde girl. "Hi," She said continuing the conversation. Looking around, she was finally aware of the third person who joined. A mouse... or a rat? She couldn't quite tell and it would be too impolite to ask. "I'm Connie. And you two are?" The redhead trailed off like this, wondering if she should have given a pseudonym. They could have been locals, but she didn't really wanna be recognized in her homeworld.

"Hello yourself," Justin replied with a huge grin to the redhead that was approaching him. The smile turned to one of slight confusion when she said 'you two' but it quickly returned to its trademark friendly when he spied the mermaid. He gave a friendly wave to her. "The name's Justin. It's a pleasure to meet you both ." He said. Since he hadn't lived in Avalon for roughly a decade Connie didn't have to worry about him recognizing her.
